In essence, what they are saying is that NESARA will be announced to the world, which will prove that everything is starting ALL OVER AGAIN.
Subsequently, a global emergency transmission system will be activated, through which documents will be literally transmitted about everything that has happened to awaken the masses.
But, to do so, a message on the EBS will be transmitted, stating that, within the next 5-6 hours, everyone will have to stay at home and a global lockdown of 10-12 days will begin.
During this lockdown, on every broadcaster, documents will be transmitted to provide full disclosure, so that everyone can see everything that has happened.
So, at the end of the 12 days, there will apparently be a number 800 that we will have to call, and from that moment on, we will be assigned our quantum appointment with a confirmed date and time. (This refers to the virtual reality, VR).
Other things have also been announced.

They have also confirmed that all central banks have been integrated into the QFS, so they are all compliant with the ISO 20022 standard; another thing to remember is that it is a blockchain and no fraud can be verified because everything is traceable.
For every amount sent, it is possible to see where it ends up. This blocks corruption from the start.
There is no longer a way to secretly move money or, you know, through banks overseas and such things.
None of this can happen anymore.
All the money is traceable and remember that this is an information system that goes beyond any imagination… it’s on another level.
Now we are in the final stages. At that point the stock market will collapse because when this happens, it will be the end.
Oh, another thing: all personal bank accounts, everything is reported in the quantum financial account, so we have nothing to worry about.
The only thing that is not reported are investments and stocks on the stock market. All of that has disappeared! … so, if you have an investment in the stock market, withdraw it… and then the NEW STOCK MARKET will be launched when the QFS indicates that it can work.
So all our bank accounts, savings accounts and pension accounts are safe.
